Triple Optic Systems, Inc.

Enforceable authority for autonomous systems.

AI agents are being handed the power to act — to spend, to move data, to operate systems. Nothing underneath them enforces the permission. Triple Optic builds the trust layer for the agent economy: attested execution, proof of inference, and bounded settlement — enforced underneath the agent, at the kernel and at the settlement gate, not promised by the application.

The problem

Application-layer checks guard nothing from the system they run on.

Every safeguard that lives in the same layer as the agent can be bypassed, jailbroken, or simply switched off by whatever compromises that layer. Regulated institutions know this, so their agents stay in the demo room. The missing piece is not a smarter model. It is authority that lives below the runtime — bounded permission, enforced where the agent cannot reach, with evidence an independent verifier can inspect afterward.

The system

Five primitives. One authority stack.

Each primitive answers one of the questions a buyer must be able to ask of any agent action: who authorized this, what ran, was the limit enforced, and what evidence survives.

ENFORCE

F0 · DUST Engine

Zero-copy GPU-to-kernel BPF policy enforcement on unified-memory hardware. Policy is produced by compute and applied by the kernel per packet and per action — no userspace intermediary in the path.

GPU policy write p50 7.95 µs · p99 8.64 µs
Enforcement 300 / 300 GPU verdicts matched in-kernel · ENFORCE mode
Decision latency p99 8.2 µs

ATTEST

F102 · Proof of Inference

Every unit of work is bracketed by attestation: input and model hashes before, output hash after, recorded as an exact hash pair. Settlement is designed to accept that pair — and only that pair. An attested robotics-policy evaluation reproduced its baseline result exactly.

Attestation overhead ≈ 0.4 ms / step, amortized
Placement outside the inference loop

TRANSACT

F101 / F103 · Bounded Settlement

Agents settle with each other inside granted bounds. The settlement endpoint verifies the exact attestation hash of the work being settled. In adversarial tests of the hardened build, a token with no attested pair behind it was refused — however similar it looked — and a one-character alteration was refused the same way. In end-to-end workflow tests, settlement completed inside its bound — and was refused for actions that were over-bound, unattested, or revoked. In those tests, interruption was accounted, never settled.

Settlement median 6.2 ms against the live system
Endpoint check exact attestation hash required · unregistered tokens refused (403) in adversarial tests
Refusals over-bound · unattested · revoked

ACCRETE

F108 · Knowledge Accretion

Verified results compound. Attested work feeds a knowledge base whose contents carry their provenance with them, so an agent's memory is evidence, not folklore.

Status research-stage · family F108

COORDINATE

F105 · F106 · F110 · F112 · design stage

Multiple agents acting in concert are designed to stay inside one authority envelope: corridor-bounded delegation, a universal tool framework, and corridors designed to remain bounded when some participants turn adversarial.

Proof standard

Measured, dated, reproducible — or not claimed.

Every figure on this page was measured on our own hardware in November 2026 and is reproducible from artifacts in our data room. Where a capability is design-stage, this page labels it as such.

300 / 300

GPU-written DROP verdicts matched in-kernel — 300 of 300 — with the classifier in ENFORCE mode on NVIDIA GB10 unified-memory hardware.

6.2 ms

Median bounded-settlement cycle measured against the running system — inside the band the architecture specifies.

0.020161

Mean-squared error of an attested open robotics policy evaluation — identical to its unattested baseline. Attestation changed nothing but the evidence.

Our standard, stated before diligence asks: an execution receipt does not establish that an answer was correct; a component test does not establish a deployed system; an internal accounting event does not establish payment finality; a similarity score does not establish attested work. Claims here are scoped to what was actually measured, where it was enforced, and what sits outside coverage.

Company

Built by an operator. Run by machines he attests.

Triple Optic Systems, Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation founded on a patent portfolio in kernel-level enforcement and agent trust, led by a pending U.S. provisional application — fifteen hardware-proven families, sole inventor, first conception November 2025.

The company is AI-native by construction: one founder and an agent workforce, running on the same attested stack it is bringing to market. Its build velocity is the product's first demonstration.

Founder Carlos Felipe Cosme brings 23 years across U.S. government service and high-end commercial consultancy, in joint and advisory capacities. He built and led a cyber team recognized with a Department of Defense CIO innovation award (Silver Team Award), and he holds the AFCEA Saint Isidore Cyber Award, Bronze Medallion (2020).
