Terms of Use

Last updated: November 3, 2026

By accessing tripleopticsystems.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Site content and intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, design, graphics, and the Triple Optic name and marks — are owned by Triple Optic Systems, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. No other use, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without our written consent. Nothing on the Site grants any license to our patent portfolio or technology; patent rights are addressed only in written agreements with us.

Measured results are not guarantees

Performance figures on the Site are measured results from our own hardware and test environments, published because our proof standard requires evidence behind every claim. They describe what was measured, under the conditions stated, and are not warranties or guarantees of performance in any other environment or deployment.

No warranty

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple Optic Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its contents.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the Site's operation or security. Security research is welcome under the terms of our disclosure policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
