This policy describes how Triple Optic Systems, Inc. ("Triple Optic," "we") handles information in connection with this website, tripleopticsystems.com. The short version: this site is built to collect nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, loads no third-party resources, and has no forms.
What is collected
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs, as every website host does. We use these logs only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
- Email you send us. If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message, handled through Google Workspace.
That is the complete list. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect information through this site for marketing.
How information is used
Server logs are used for site operation and security. Email is used to respond to you and, where relevant, to handle a security disclosure under our disclosure policy. We do not use information from this site for advertising, and we do not sell personal information — to anyone, for any purpose.
Processors
Two service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments, solely to provide its service to us.
Retention
Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with our host's standard practice and then deleted or anonymized. Email is retained as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or limit its processing. Because this site collects so little, most such requests concern email correspondence. To make a request, write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects more than the above — a form, analytics, a newsletter — we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for consent before collection. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
